Our stay at this spa hotel was truly delightful! We indulged in a lovely spa day with exceptional treatments and a serene atmosphere, which really helped us feel rejuvenated. The family-friendly facilities kept the kids entertained while we enjoyed some downtime. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, and dining could use some improvement in terms of promptness and menu variety.
